We use the Sapphire 370SS truck mount extraction unit. Truck mounts are sometimes referred to as steam cleaning units. These powerful state of the art units are designed to heat water to temperatures up to 250 degrees, which not only have been proven to deep clean and sanitize better than any other cleaning method, but reduce drying time significantly.
Our Carpet Cleaning Process
For cleaning carpets, we use the Rotovac 360i for deep cleaning. At up to 250 revolutions per minute with 4 water jets and 4 vacuum ports, it can get even the most soiled carpets significantly cleaner than the traditional wand.
We start with an initial walk through pre-inspection with the customer to discuss expectations and locate issues such as spots, pet and other stains, odors, etc. and advise client of pre-existing damage or stains that cannot be removed.
We will then measure the actual square footage of areas to be cleaned and provide a final estimate for approval.
We will vacuum all carpet areas that will be cleaned.
We then pretreat spots and stains. Depending on the nature and age of the stain, this process may require multiple applications.
Then we will apply proper pre-spray cleaning solution, allowing required dwell time for maximum cleaning effectiveness.
Then we use the Rotovac on the carpets for maximum agitation and soft, detergent free, hot water extraction cleaning.
Finally we use the cleaning wand along walls and around furniture, then use the wand to vacuum all cleaned carpet area to extract as much moisture as possible, groom the carpet, and help minimize drying time. This restores and leaves carpets soft and clean.
We finish with a post walk through inspection to ensure customer satisfaction.
Our Tile & Grout Cleaning Process
For cleaning tile and grout, we use the Turbo-Hybrid TH-40. It provides high pressure and high temperature cleaning with exceptional vacuum for quick drying.
We start with an initial walk through pre-inspection with the customer to discuss expectations and locate issues such as grout issues, loose or damaged tile, etc.
We will then measure the actual square footage of areas to be cleaned and provide a final estimate for approval.
Then we will apply proper cleaning solution, allowing required dwell time for maximum cleaning effectiveness.
Our final step is to use soft, detergent free, hot water, and high pressurized tile and grout cleaning tools to remove all dirt and cleaning solution from your tile floors, leaving a sparkling, freshly clean tile and grout.

Our Upholstery Cleaning Process
For cleaning upholstery, we use the Sapphire Upholstery Pro. It provides an adjustable cleaning solution and vacuum to deliver the precise amount of cleaning solution penetration and rapid extraction, producing a cleaner, drier fabric.
We start with an initial pre-inspection with the customer to discuss expectations and locate issues and identify areas of concern, and advise client of pre-existing damage or stains that cannot be removed.
We will then measure the actual linear footage of furniture to be cleaned and provide a final estimate.
We then vacuum the upholstery that will be cleaned.
Then we pretreat spots and stains. Depending on the nature and age of the stain, this process may require multiple applications.
Then we will apply proper pre-spray cleaning solution, allowing required dwell time for maximum cleaning effectiveness.
Our final step is to use a specialized upholstery tool to inject pressurized soft, detergent free, warm water into the fabric fibers to dissolve and dislodge the soil, then vacuum it out to leave it fresh, clean and deodorized.
